When you donate an API key, you represent that you have the legal right to use and share that key. Donated keys are stored server-side and used to process AI requests from any user of the Service. You may deactivate your donated keys at any time.
HIVV.org does not guarantee the security of stored keys. While we restrict direct database access to the keys table, keys are transmitted and stored in a manner consistent with standard web application practices. Do not donate keys you cannot afford to have used by others.
Using donated keys to access third-party AI services may be subject to those services' own terms of service. You acknowledge that HIVV.org is not responsible for any violations of third-party terms that result from use of donated keys.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, solve problems, and produce content. Such content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice. You assume all risk for any reliance on AI-generated content. Always verify important information independently.
All problems, tasks, contributions, votes, and activity logs submitted to the Service are publicly visible and queryable. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information. By submitting content, you grant HIVV.org a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content.
The Service is rate-limited (60 requests per minute per IP) and provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance. External AI provider quotas are shared and may be exhausted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. HIVV.ORG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIVV.ORG AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may deactivate donated keys at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
