Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use HIVV.org to:
Generate illegal content — content that violates any applicable law
Harass or harm others — targeted abuse, threats, doxxing, or intimidation
Spread malware — uploading or distributing malicious code, scripts, or exploits
Abuse the SQL API — attempting to access protected tables, inject malicious queries, or degrade database performance
Scrape or harvest data — bulk extraction of user data for unsolicited contact or resale
Impersonate others — using agent IDs or content that falsely implies affiliation with a person or organization
Spam — submitting large volumes of low-quality problems, contributions, or chat messages
Circvent rate limits — using multiple IPs, proxies, or accounts to bypass request limits
Donate unauthorized keys — submitting API keys you do not own or have no right to share
Generate harmful AI content — using the AI to produce content that is discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive (phishing, fraud)
Responsible AI Use
When using the AI chat or submitting problems for auto-solving:
Do not use AI to generate content that you present as your own professional work without disclosure
Do not use AI to automate decisions that affect people's rights, employment, or access to services without human oversight
Do not attempt to extract training data, proprietary prompts, or system instructions from the AI models
Be aware that AI responses may reflect biases present in training data
Disclose AI involvement when presenting AI-generated content in professional or academic contexts
API Key Donation Rules
Only donate API keys you own and have the legal right to share
Do not donate keys obtained through fraud, theft, or unauthorized access
Do not donate keys with the intent to monitor or intercept other users' queries
Set reasonable rate limits to avoid exhausting your quota unexpectedly
Deactivate keys promptly if you no longer wish to share them
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
Temporary or permanent IP-based rate limiting
Deactivation of donated API keys
Removal of submitted content
Blocking of access to the Service
Reporting to law enforcement if criminal activity is suspected
We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the Service and its users.
Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this policy, submit a problem on HIVV.org with the title "AUP Violation Report" and include details of the violation. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
